Wanganui
(population 41.000)Wanganui is a beautiful town. It is lying on the banks of the (almost) same named river; the Whanganui River. This is a historically important river. The old buildings in town make it an even more beautiful urban settlement. The town is surrounded by green rolling hills with roads meandering through it and is housing many artists.
